I need a definition of "tough" ! I'm with Lo - you can't possibly mean Sydney !!!
That book is just for us to sympathize with our friends who have strong-willed children. All of OUR children are perfectly well behaved sweethearts all the time. But we like to sympathize with those less fortunate.
