Graham at Almost Three!

Graham is three months shy of being three!  He will tell you "I'm gonna be three!"

He is a funny little guy!  He is very independent, always wanting to do things on his own. He spends so much time upside down...headstands all the time!

Graham LOVES his Daddy.  Casey leaves for work before Graham is up in the morning.  Every morning  when I go in to get him, Graham starts crying, saying "I want Daddy!"  Really makes a mama feel good! :)

He is a good eater, great sleeper, and he loves to be outside.  I think he definitely misses his sisters while they are at school, but I enjoy my one on one time with him. He does not enjoy going to his class at church, but I'm hoping time will help him feel more comfortable!

Graham is the sweetest little guy, and I can't believe his third birthday is around the corner!

Extra Day

Yesterday was an "extra day" with the girls being out of school. We were doubly blessed that the weather was awesome!

We started the day off at the park.  Clare was at a friend's house, but the younger three and I met up with some friends at a nearby park.

My twins don't look like twins in this shadow picture!

We went out to lunch, and then headed back to the house for some Valentine crafts.  LoLo joins us too!  We made some beautiful masterpieces that were heavy with glitter!

We headed outside for some afternoon playtime. It was so warm that Syd was riding her bike barefoot!

And then, they dumped out a cup of water and were playing in it!  In January!

It's always so nice to get an "extra day!"

I really need to pick up my camera and take some real pictures, but for now these phone pics will have to do.

Graham is dealing with a lingering case of pneumonia.  You can see in his eyes that he isn't feeling his best.  It was a total shock to me, and I am really ready to get the "all-clear" from the doctor.

But, until then, we'll entertain ourselves while doing lots of breathing treatments and taking lots of medicine.

Jane was selected as the student of the week for her class for the second time this year.  She is doing really well in school, after a slow start at the beginning of the year.  We are so proud of her, and so were her sisters!

Our household has become obsessed with all things Frozen.  Crafts, songs, role-play, etc.  Graham, who has never seen the movie, often gets cast as Olaf!

Looking forward to a three-day weekend with my school kids!

Take The Plunge!

One morning, Graham, LoLo, and I were perusing Target, a frequent occurence.  Graham was walking along with us, and he spotted something he had to have.  It must've looked like the perfect little toy to him!  So, he reached over and grabbed himself a plunger!!

He carried this blue and white plunger all through the store, plunging all the way.  He thought it was the greatest thing he'd ever seen.  Even though we were getting a few funny looks from other shoppers, Mom and I were cracking up.  Graham was loving this toy!  Since LoLo was with us, I'm sure you know where this is going......the plunger came home with us that day.

And I must confess that Graham plays with it a lot!  He carries it around, "plunges" it on the tile floor, and sometimes rides it like a horse!

Everytime someone comes over and sees Graham playing with it, I can't help but exclaim, "It's clean. It's never been used!"

Girlz with Curlz

One of my excuses for not blogging lately is that we have been busy playing with new Christmas toys. Case in point....Saturday night, Clare wanted to try out some new rollers that the girls got for Christmas.

So, we twisted and rolled her hair  and got her all set for bed.

Then, guess what?  Jane wanted hers done too!

Both girls woke up anxious to take out the rollers!

Clare has super thick, awesome hair.  Since it is so thick, it is a little hard to curl it.  But she was pleased.  Here is the result:

Jane's hair isn't nearly as curly as it used to be, but it sill has that 'curly-hair' texture, so it was super curly when we took those rollers out!

Clare wanted to do hers again for school on Monday,

so I guess she liked it!
